Machine for semi-automatic packaging of bulk materials (pellets, granular materials…)
It is designed for bagging.
Welding time is 3 seconds per bag.
The entire packing cycle (bag preparation, filling, welding and loading on a pallet) is completed in 40 seconds (depending on the speed of the worker).
Automatic dosage regulation (control unit of the packing machine controls the dosing conveyor belt).
Control and management of the entire cooling system, dosing and packaging is carried out from the packing workplace.
It is possible to raise or lower the table, depending on bag size.

Automatic packing machine for the pellets consist of:
- Automatic packing machine with the platform and the fence
- Dozing system with the electronic measuring
- Transport belt with the small shovels for the transportation of the pellets into the dozing hooper
- Transport belt for the transportation of the filled bags
- Transport belt for the transportation of the pellets on the transport belt with the small shovels
The machine can be deliver also without the positions 3,4,5.
